Photos and Description of this Nerja Town holiday house Self-catering house with A/C and full facilities within 600 meters of beach.

The village of Nerja is famous for it’s typical Spanish restaurants and bars, including the world famous AYO’s paella restaurant. Facing South and overlooking the sea the house is set in a private area along with 9 other houses. The complex has a private swimming pool and gardens. It is a short walk of 600 meters to the beach, which boasts water sports and beach restaurants. The property was completed in 2007 and comprises of double aspect south facing lounge/diner with views of Nerja village, the beach, the sea and of the mountains. There is access to the terrace from the lounge and bedroom. The terrace has a BBQ and overlooks our private gardens and pool. Within the villa there is a Hi Fi and TV with English channels and a DVD player. There is a full size kitchen with full facilities to suit up to 6 people plus travel cot, including washing machine and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 Twin) and 2 bathrooms. There is also air conditioning/heating to all rooms.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely clean and well maintained property - the roof terrace was a super place to have breakfast. The pool was great and it's within walking distance of restaurants, the beach and other amenities and a short drive from everything else. Nerja has a beautiful and rugged coastline well worth exploring so we do recommend a car for full access, but it's not entirely necessary. I have already recommended this property to a friend. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful.
