Villa Aldisa is a lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and toilet, air-conditioned villa with panoramic mountain and sea views. The villa, in the traditional village of Peyia, is conveniently placed, approx 25 mins drive from Paphos Airport, and 90 mins from Larnaca, 15 mins drive from Paphos town, 8 mins drive to the lovely Coral Bay. Accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms 1 bathroom, with an extra shower room and toilet downstairs. There’s a well equipped kitchen and full size balcony, with outside seating. The balcony can be accessed through the main bedroom, kitchen or outside stairs, dine outside with seating for 6 people. Outside there is also a barbecue for convenience. The villa is tastefully decorated to a very high standard. It is very well equipped, with comfortable furniture, Satellite TV with DVD player, and a CD-player in the open-plan living area. Children are very welcome, and there are plentiful DVDs for your entertainment.

Notes: The villa is not suitable for wheelchairs. but with a downstairs bedroom and bathroom could be suitable for partially disabled. Villa Aldisa is set in a large garden, there is patio furniture on the balcony, (seats 6), which has full size retractable sun shade over. This makes for excellent outside eating with panoramic mountain views. The outside benefits from lighting around the building. A large barbcue with sink for your use. The garden is very well designed and has a good variety of scented Mediterranean plants, shrubs and orange trees, at the rear of the garden there is a dry river bed.The driveway has parking for two cars.

Golf: There are 3 golf courses in the vicinity, Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphodite Hills. (All have websites). Tsada is approx 30 minutes drive, the other 2 are slightly further afield, but easily reached by car. All are excellent courses. There will be a set of golf clubs available (Mizuno) by prior arrangement.

Skiing: The Troodos mountains are approx 90 mins drive away. Excellent for Skiing between late December and end of January.

Special interest holidays: The Akamas peninsula is approx 25 mins drive away for walking and mountain biking. There are go-kart sites, water sports including kayaking and Paphos has its own water park. Visit the Tomb of The Kings or the famous Mosaics. The Medieval Fort in Paphos Harbour is where boat trips are available to Coral Bay, Peyia area and back.
