This 2 bedroom apartment is located on the middle floor of a 3 storey developement. It overlooks a delightful park area complete with childrens play area, trees and benches. It is situated 100 meters from the new marina. The balcony complete with table and chairs takes in the afternoon sun and evening sunsets. The lounge is equiped with a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 seater settee, a TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2 and a selection of DVDs and games for your enjoyment. There is a seperate dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen is equiped with oven, hob, extract fan, washing machine, kettle toaster and all the other usual accessaries at you disposal. There are 2 bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and bedside cabinets. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom 2 single beds. The bathroom as all the usual amenities including shower. Clean linen and towels are provided on arrival. Air conditioning is installed. Underground parking space for those with a vehicle

Situated on the Costa Calida, Puerto de Mazarron is the traditional holiday destination for Spanish families. The beaches are of the highest quality which is reflected by the BLUE FLAG AWARDS which are given on an annually basis. The area experiences over 300 days of sunshine per year and some of the warmest temperatures in spain. The main beach situated along side the new marina is lined with palm trees, restaraunts, shops and ice cream parlours. Through the summer months there are water sports a plenty including scuba diving, fishing, sailing and many more daily activities put on by the local community. Excellent golf courses are within 20 minutes drive and for the very young there are playgrounds on the beaches and parks. For those interested in history Mazarron has its own museum and the historic naval city of Cartagena is only 20 minutes away with daily bus routes for those who don't drive. There is also a daily bus route to the capital Murcia which is well worth a visit.

The is a supermarket is a short walk away and a wide variety of restaurants are located in the harbour and nearby streets. The area caters for young children as there are numerous play areas and safe beaches. Please bring your own beach towels. If you have any specific requests please do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accommodate you. For those not wishing to hire a car collection can be arranged from Murcia or Alicante airports.

Just returned from a week in Puerto de Mazarron. This area of Spain has so much to offer for a relaxing holiday there are lots of good walks the beaches are clean and safe and there are a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The apartment is ideally situated within easy walking distance of beaches the marina shops and restaurants it is very well equipped, clean and maintained to a high standard.This is not my first visit to this apartment and I have recommended it to friends who have been and like me cannot wait to return.
