Situated an hour from Malaga airport and 30 mins from Gibraltar airport, the Manilva Beach apartments are a mere 5 mins drive to the beautiful marina of La Duquesa, and 5 minutes walk to the beach. This is a beautiful and relaxing area of the Costa del Sol, a far cry from the high rise resorts further along the coast.

  • I will request a deposit upon booking of £150, and the full payment (as per the rental rates above) to be paid 6 weeks before the booking date. I will return the deposit to you after your stay, subject to inspection of the apartment.

    The property will contain enough linen for a weeks stay. If you need the property cleaning mid stay, or require a laundry change, this can be arranged upon your stay, and you will be asked to pay my management agent directly for these services.

Notes: There is a secure underground car parking space for the apartment. Although the apartment is on the first floor, there are no stairs to get to it, simply walk in by the swimming pool and its down the corridor. The block is a split level which is ideal as it gives a private raised balcony but also easy ground floor access. Manilva Beach Luxury apartments...: Set in the bottom of a valley, Manilva Beach are luxury apartments located just 5 minutes walk from the beach, and a couple of minutes drive in the car from the lovely marina of Duquesa. Relax around the swimming pools during the day, or on your large private sea view terrace, and take a leisurely beach stroll, or taxi ride to the port of an evening, where you can enjoy the many bars and tavernas catering for every taste. This is a privately owned fully equiped corner apartment with a sea view and fantastic large private balcony.

The Duquesa area...: There are plenty of activities to keep you occupied during your stay - from the many beach bars (approx 10 mins walk apart) to exploring local towns and fishing villages. Castillo - On your walk into Duquesa you'll come across the remains of a castle, and surrounding it are a few restaurants and bars - stop off on your walk into Duquesa. The local marina of Duquesa is a leisurely 40 mins beach stroll away, 5 mins drive in the car - full of great restaurants and bars, all overlooking the pretty marina. Sabinillas is a small seaside resort right next to Duquesa, with traditional Spanish restaurants. Visit Puerto Banus - only 30 mins drive away - the holiday retreat of the rich and famous - the designer shops and marina won't fail to impress. The seaside resorts of Sotogrande, Estepona and Marbella are all a short drive along the coast, and so easy to get to on the one main costal road that spans the length of the Costa del Sol. Gibraltar is a mere 30 mins drive away.

Golf: Ideal for Golfing holidays, the apartment is 5 minutes to Duquesa Golf Club, and under half an hours drive to the world famous Valderrama and San Roque courses.
