A wonderful self-catering house is full of character, located in Poole's Old Town - just a minute from Poole Quay. This two bedroom house is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from wonderful restaurants and bars, ten minutes walk to the main shopping area and just minute's walk from the Quay and all its activities. This house has been beautifully furnished throughout with modern bathroom and fittings. There are views out over St. James Church. Fully equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD/CD Player and Telephone. Broadband will follow shortly. Open plan living and dining area with kitchen area up one step. The modern kitchen area boasts fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washer/drying machine and dishwasher and is comprehensively equipped. One double room on the first floor with ensuite bathroom. Further study room and family shower room located on the first floor. Stairs leading up to the second floor with further double bedroom that benefits from a balcony.
