Situated on the tip of the Cap de la Nau this beautiful recently modernised villa enjoys seaviews to Ibiza and inland to the mountains. The villa offers privacy and comfort in a quiet and tranquil environment. The peaceful Mediterranean garden boasts many areas to sit, relax or dine. The large 10 x5 meter pool is great for swimming or just cooling off, whilst some might want to practice their Jamie Oliver skills al fresco on the built in Spanish style bar BBQ with eating area. Some of the many terraces get the full sun right up until the end of the day whilst others are more shaded and protected. Inside all the bathrooms and the kitchen are new and the comfy lounge offers a cable TV with cinema system and CD. For those that must be in touch, there is wi fi. The dinning room offers a lovely place to entertain over looking the pool and gardens which when floodlit at night looks even more magnificent. All this and some of the best snorkelling just a short walk down the road

Additional information about rental rates

  • All Payments to be made in Pounds unless agreed otherwise.
    Deposit of 25% required by cash/cheque/transfer at the time of booking. Non returnable.
    Booking will not be confirmed until deposit cleared.
    Cleared Balance of Payment due no later than 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental.
    Discount available for bookings of longer than 3 weeks except in July & Aug
    Up to 6 persons included in rental rates - extra persons (max 2) at GBP45 per week per person.
    GBP30 per week per cot (cot linen not provided).
    Security deposit Euros 350/ GBP equiv payable prior to arrival, returnable within 10 days of leaving subject to final inspection
    End cleaning and laundry Euros 100 payable with final balance.
    Bed linen is included in the normal rental rates, however, a discount of GBP10 per person per rental is available should you wish to supply your own bed linen. Please state at the time of reservation.
    Welcome pack (basic starting provisions including wine, beer and soft drinks) GBP12 pp.

A perfect stay in sunny Javea

We spent a pleasant stay in the magnificent villa of Mark. Photos are only an outline of the quality of the work made by Mark, especially the bedroom ( like an penthouse) in the superior floor which does not appear on photos. We would also like to thank Mark for its reception, its sympathy and especially its very big generosity.
We hope to come agan as soon as possible in this magnificent villa.

Had a fantastic time at Mark's stunning villa. The views from the new upstairs bedroom (not shown in these pictures) are absolutely stunning. Mark is a great guy and a generous owner and we would like to thank him for making us so welcome. If you visit this villa you will not be disappointed. Hope to come again soon.
