Directions: From Lisbon International Airport Follow the Airport Exit signs through the underpass and along a dual carriageway to a large roundabout and motorway interchange (incorporating traffic lights). Take the slip road just before the interchange and join the ring road heading west (signposted A8 Oeste). If you miss this turning, take the first exit off the interchange (signposted Oeste and A8). After about 3km take the exit for the A8 motorway. Don,t forget to take a ticket at the toll booth Join the Av. Padre Cruz (dual carriageway) heading north. Continue on this road through a series of traffic lights and junctions - following signs for the A8, Loures and Leiria.

Directions continued: From the A8 motorway to CampoReal Golf Resort & Spa Exit a junction 7 Torres Vedras Sul. Pay the toll which should be about 2 euros. Take first exit at the roundabout .Take first left after 100 metres and the first right again at the roundabout passing the police station (GNR) on your left. Continue for 5 minutes and Campo Real will be on your right. On entering through the security gate turn left immediately and follow the road all the way bearing left. When you get to the end of a row of houses at a junction and the reservoir is just in front of you to the left you have arrived. Number 48 is the 3rd one from the end.

Extremely well presented new property. 4 sunny double bedrooms-one en-suite. This also has a balcony overlooking the golf course. Fully fitted large kitchen with adjacent sitting out area to catch the sun at breakfast time.
Well furnished dining/ sitting room-vast. This leads out on to a patio area and the sunny garden where there is a barbeque and Garden table and chairs. Freeview TV ,DVD & CD player.Parking for two cars.

Excellent 18 hole Golf Course surrounds the property.

Good views to the surrounding countryside. Quiet,clean and tidy. Just 30 minutes from Lisbon Airport.

The nearby Westin Hotel has excellent facilities that Tinclude spas,swimming pools etc. Small but well stocked and cheap supermarket/coffee shop on site. The nearby Torres has many large supermarkets but although more choice prices are not much cheaper.

Many reasonably priced restaurants nearby-but you have to drive.Some fabulous Seafood to be had

Many sandy beaches within 30 mins-some terrific for surfing All good for swimming and sunbathing.

Three +historic towns-try not to miss Obidos. All within easy driving distance with Lisbon city centre-(in after 9.45 to avoid the rush hour and it is easy to navigate)-about 40/45 minutes down the motorway. Use the trams- no. 28 for city tour, and no.15 for Belem.

This area is still cheap compared with the Algarve and just 2 hours in the plane.

Highly recommended-we shall return with friends.

9 lovely days in the house with 4 persons in June 2009

The house is well build and located in a super resort.
The furniture is of good quality, the bathrooms clean and the kitchen is full of all the remedies you can think of. The bedrooms have good beds and are clean and cool as well.

We had no problems with noise from neighbours or golfers from the 17th green – where we often in the evening had a small private putting competition – but don’t tell the Marshall about it.
The short walk up the 18th fairway to the hotel pool is quite convenient.
The supermarkets at the gate have fair prices and open all day.
The staffs of the Golf Club are really friendly and the prices fair. The course it self have a lot to offer, although its not the longest I have played it certainly take good skills to get around without loosing a ball or two. Loads of small rabbits and frogs made the walk interesting as well. The view from the 17th tee is a must also for non golfers.

The beaches of Santa Cruz are to be recommended and so are the old Town of Tores Vedras, where you will find a good selection of Restaurants and Bars.

All in all a really good holiday with our two kids and we would go here again.
