This luxurious air-conditioned villa is situated at the edge of a traditional Greek village, Lardos. 5km from the famous village of Lindos with its Acropolis. Villa Helios is in a quiet cul-de-sac, only 3 minutes walk from the village square with many excellent tavernas and bars. The first floor has 2 patios, 2 double bedrooms and bathroom. The ground floor has a spacious lounge, fully fitted modern kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. Outside are 3 terraces on the ground floor and a private swimming pool with outside shower and secluded garden with uninterrupted mountain views. The garden is well furnished with hardwood table and 6 chairs. It also has 6 sunbeds. The villa is set in a private road with large car port.

The villa is on the edge of Lardos, which is a traditional and friendly Greek village, which does not rely solely on tourism. The attractive village square with its Italian fountain is only 3 mins walk with its bars, tavernas supermarkets, bakers, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, hairdresser and gift shops. There is a bank in the village with a cash point. There is a tourist information book in the villa, but don't miss the opportunity to visit the historical town of Rhodes or the beautiful village of Lindos. Rhodes airport is approx 45 mins taxi (44 euros) or car ride from the airport. There is a bus stop and taxi rank in the village square. Buses are very cheap and a taxi ride to Lindos is only 9 euros. Car hire is very reasonable and you will find details in the villa. Villa to nearest supermarket 300 yards. Nearest restaurant, Lardos Square, Lardos Bay 1.5 km, Glystra Beach 2.5 km, Lindos 5km, Rhodes Town 50 km, Airport 50 km, Afandou Golf Club 30 km, water park 30 km.

A large attractive lounge wih comfotable Habitat furnishings.TV with local satellite,DVD and CD player with a selection of DVDs,Cd's and books provided.French doors to pool and shaded main terrace area with hardwood table and 6 comfortable chairs.There is a separate kitchen with dining table and 6 chairs.Modern fully fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven,microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher,toaster, kettle,coffee machine. Ample kitchen equipment ,patio plates/bowls.View of mountain ,french doors to terrace. Beside the 8mx4m private pool there is a shower in the garden . There are 5 separate terraces with 6 comfortable sun loungers. Large under stairs cupboard with ironing board,travel cot , first Aid box and childrens toys etc. Hand and bath towels are provided,beach towels are not included.Each week clean linen and towels are provided. Our own caretaker wiil look after you.

Coast/ Beach: There is a large beach at Lardos, 1.5km from the villa. Glystra beach, 2.5km away is a sheltered beach with a backdrop of sand dunes (see photo). It has sun beds and pedaloes for hire and a friendly snack bar. Lindos has 3 very different and attractive beaches to suit all tastes. The main beach is the largest with all with all the usual water sports. There are several other sandy beaches along the east coast, including the beautiful Agathi beach. The west coast has many rugged isolated beaches.

Special Interests: For the more adventurous there is a large Go Kart track just outside the village, 10 minutes walk. Many weddings take place in the beautiful St Paul's Bay, Lindos, which is only a 10 min drive / 5 km and the villa would be ideal for couples or wedding guests. Water skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, golf, cycling, hill walking, wine tasting at nearby Tharri Monastery. You must visit the historical Rhodes Town and its Old Walled City. Old Rhodes Town has many shops, with very reasonably priced quality jewellery and leather goods.
