Beautifully furnished 1st floor apartment in an established development, which has large swimming pool with free sunbeds set in fabulous gardens which include streams and waterfalls and bridges, not to mention the gold fish. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms with French doors leading to balconies, both with full en-suite facilities. A well proportioned fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is also a small cloakroom. The large split level reception room which has a dining area with dining table and chairs for 6, leads down 2 small steps to the sitting area with comfy sofas and a large flat screen TV with sky. Patio doors lead out onto the newly refurbished balcony with patio furniture, lighting and superb electric awning which covers the whole balcony.

We are close to Estepona and Marbella town centres. Puerto Banus is a 10 minute drive if you fancy a taste of the high life. Gibraltar is less than an hour. There are so many places to go and see, that the apartment is an ideal base for either a fully packed itinerary or just to laze around the pool or on the beach with a glass of sangria. Shopping is a must also, you have many areas to go and spend your money. Laguna beach is a must to visit, along with the cobbled streets of San Pedro or the famous Orange Square in Marbella.

Property is ideal for couples or families, the beach is a 5 min drive with Puerto Banus a 10min drive. There are ample bars and restaurants in the area and you are very close to the towns of Estepona and San Pedro with Marbella just 15 mins from the door.

Selwo wildlife park is also a 10 min drive towards Estepona. Gibraltar is always worth a visit for the duty free and to see the baboons and you can also catch a ferry to Morocco for the day.

Golf: We are ideally situated for golfers as you have within 5 mins, El Paraiso, Atalaya and Guadamina plus many many more. We can also arrange car hire for you if required. There are too many courses to list most are excellent and the facilities are superb.
