Located on the ground floor (suitable for children), the apartment benefits from having an extra large terrace area, slightly elevated from the pool allowing fabulous views over the 7th tee of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. The terrace has a shaded area for dining and BBQ's and a large sunbathing area. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi bath and the living room has SKY TV. El Valle is the most prestigeous of the Polaris developments and has an on site Supermarket, Elegant Golf Club House, Golf Pro Shop, Restaurant, Irish Bar and children play areas. Only a short drive will take you to vibrant and historic Murcia City. In the city there is a casino, good selection of shops and traditional Spanish restaurants. The beach resorts of Los Alcazares and Los Naranjos are within a 20 min drive and are ideal for families with gently shelving beach and warm sea. Transfer time 20mins. There are many golf courses in the area.

Located on the Costa Calida (translates to The Hot Coast) with year round sunshine. Perfect for everyone - Beach Lovers, Shoppers and Golfers alike!! An exclusive golf development surrounded by national park. Just 20 min from the beaches of the Mar Menor and only a 15 minute drive to vibrant and historic Murcia City. A visit to the Cathedral built in 1388 is a must! In the city there is a casino, good selection of shops and traditional Spanish restaurants. 30 min drive will take you to Nuevo Condominia shopping mall, this is a new complex with around 200 shops, cinema, restaurants and bowling alley. To keep the family entertained, there is a water park in Murcia City, just 20 min away and a little further a field, you will find the Terra Mitica Theme Park. The port of Cartagena is worth a visit and the town offers a selection of shops and restaurants.

Coast/Beach: Sandy beaches stretch along the coast of the Costa Calida. You can visit the resorts of Los Alcazares and Santiago de la Ribera and take a stroll along the beach front promenade, or pay a visit to San Pedro Del Pinatar Salt Flats and nature reserve. Cover yourself in the therapeutic mud from the lagoon, before baking in the sun and then washing in the warm waters of the Mar Menor. Watersports are available from the beach in high season. Journey time to the beach area's is approx 15/20 minutes.

Golf: The 18-hole El Valle Golf Course, by Jack Nicklaus Design is a par 71 and 6145m course built to professional standards. It is set at the foothills of the Sierra Punto Mountain range and is designed with a 'desert' theme, with a wide variety of desert grasses, rock out-croppings, two lakes and other native desert plants. The course is fast becoming one of the most popular courses in the region. Whilst staying at El Valle you are able to take full advantage of the reduced rates of green fees at either La Torre Golf Course or Mar Menor Golf Course. My family and i stayed here for a week and had a lovely time,The apartment was so clean and had everything you could want.The owners were on site and were really friendly and helpful.The clubhouse was very close and food and drink was reasonably priced as was supermarket.Hired a car and visited cartagena and the salt lake with its flamingoes, lovely to see them flying about.Had a few days rain but managed to stay occupied in the free gym or surfing the net.Overall would recommend el valle resort and especially this apartment,infact i am thinking of returning in november!

We stayed in the apartment in July. It looks straight over the pool and down the golf course. We took our two year old daughter and it was perfect for her - very safe as she could not escape!
The owners were very helpful and friendly and live in a villa on the same development so know the local area really well.
The development is quite quiet and perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed evenings on the terrace with the BBQ and a glass of Rioja.
There is an onsite supermarket where you can pretty much buy everything you need.
We took the time to drive into Murcia City and also Catagena, both approx 20 mins away and great if you want some culture!
The beach at Los Alcazares is great and the Mar Menor sea was lovely and warm.
A good time was had by all!
