Le Trayas holiday villa

Villa Nautica is situated on hillside overlooking the Esterel costline with excellent sea views from all the principal rooms of the house. The area is very residential and quit with neighbouring individual quality properties. Entrance to the villa is by the remote-controlled gate up a curving fairly steep driveway. The pool is on a lowe level than the villa and here there is a pool house, large terrace for sunbathing and a rectangular pool measuring 10x5 metres. There is a security cover. Parking is below the villa in a forecourt with the ample room for at least four cars. The two lower bedrooms and independant studio all have either doorways or French windows opening onto this level. There you will find 2 shower rooms. The upper level of the villa is on a higher ground level and here there is a very large salon with wide picture windows overlooking the bay. Here you also will find the kitchen and another bedroom with bathroom. The top level -floor has 2 sofas and a TV and desk.
