With thick stone walls and cooling sea breezes the house remains cool in summer, while underfloor heating & solar hot water keep it snug and warm in winter with open log fires in both sitting rooms. Enjoyed by guests of all ages, the Cortijo is popular with families as well as small groups (such as golf) with individuals or couples - who each want the privacy of their own en-suite bedroom but enjoy the space & facilties of a house rather than a hotel.
