Villa Margarita is set in a very quiet area where with family and friends you can chill out around your own private 10 x 5 metre pool with pool house and built in BBQ and bar, whilst taking in the dramatic views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. Large secure private gated plot with remote controlled access. Off road parking. Gardens full of Mediterranean plants and trees surround the villa with a large pergola placed at one end of the pool for shade on those hot days. Front and rear terrace areas for sun and shade plus private upper terrace on the first floor. There are plenty of sun beds supplied. also there is a separate games room with pool table, table tennis, football table, and dart board. Satellite TV including sky sports 1 2 3 and Spanish TV channels. Internet access, is also available, if you need cots or high chairs, we can supply them on request, at no extra charge, if you have any problems whilst on your holiday, call us and we will help you in any way we can.

Nearest Airport: Murcia MJV San Javier at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Cartegena at 50 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Murcia at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 50.0 Kilometres
Car: necessary
Murcia city is 20 minutes drive away with the magnificent cathedral, theatres, museums, art galleries, shops and it's plazas, cafes and restaurants are well worth a visit. Mula is also 20 minutes drive and has a market on Saturdays which is near to the old castle ruins. Cartegena is an old sea port full of fine buildings, museums, roman ruins, castle ruins, and an ocean liner promenade and marina. Nearer to home is the typical Spanish village of Campos del Rio, it has it's market on Wednesday mornings, and also has tapas bars and restaurants. In July it holds a religious festival, in fact through out the summer the surrounding villages hold their festivals at various times, and all are invited. There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance from the villa, Altoreal (Dave Thomas design) and La Torre, El Valle (Jack Nickolas design) to mention a few.

  • NB Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion. We will endeavour to be as flexible as we can with your arrival and departure times, please let us know your needs and we will try and assist you if we can, if your arrival is late, and you cannot get to the supermarket in the local village until the morning, for a small charge we can supply some basics for you on arrival. There will be an initial deposit of £250 to cover for breakages and will be returned to you approx. one week after your holiday upon villa inspection.

Notes: The villa will suit families or couples and can sleep 8 comfortably and 10 if the bed settee is utilized. we have a large games room with pool, ping pong and football tables, plus a dartboard for your use. Two bedrooms have enough room for cots to include 2 toddlers if needs be therefore up to 12 persons can be catered for. Unfortunately the villa is not wheelchair friendly so please take this into consideration. The pool is 1.5m deep and has no deep end so diving head first is not recommended and young children must be supervised at all times whilst using the pool. This is a non smoking villa. but outside the Villa it,s at your discretion, Sorry no pets allowed.

THE COSTA CAILDA/MURCIA REGION: The autonomous region of Murcia lies in the southernmost of the Spanish mainland. It borders Castile-La Mancha in the north, the region of Valencia in the east, Andalucia in the west, and the Mediterranean sea in the south. The mountainous scenery of the region is full of foothills that roll in from the Penibetica and Subbetica ranges. The El Caruche, Espuna, La Pila and Ricota sierras are all over 1000 metres high, are full of pine forests that add to the natural beauty of the region. The rivers are short and irregular, given the close proximity of the sierras to the sea, and the low rainfall of the area. The coastline of Murcia is characterized by it's sandy beaches, and it's beautiful natural wonder of the Mar Menor.
