Casa Vallicelle is a beautiful and romantic restored 19th century farmhouse, offering spacious luxury in a peaceful rural setting, with a spectacular 10 metre private swimming pool. It's perfect for enjoy special holiday. The house is 3km from Sant’Angelo in Pontano, a lovely medieval walled town in the Le Marche region of central eastern Italy. Sant’Angelo in Pontano is close to the Sibillini Mountains, but still less than an hour's drive from the Adriatic Sea. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large well equipped kitchen/dining room. A separate sitting/TV room. The house is surrounded by ancient olive and oak trees. There is one large patio area. Utility room has two washing machines.

  • Christmas time is high season.
    To confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday is payable within 7 days of reservation. The full balance is due 8 weeks before departure date. For bookings less than 8 weeks before departure the full balance must be paid on booking.
  • You are responsible that the villa is left in the same state of cleanliness & repair as found. Any loss or damage to the property of fixtures/fittings will be deducted from your deposit or if required an additional charge will be made to yourselves if the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit.
    A deposit of 300 euros against breakages is taken 4 weeks before the booking. This is returnable as soon as the property has been checked and the owner notified.
  • We provide you with a welcome pack to include that all important bottle of wine and new oil of olives product from this property.

Notes: The rental includes gas, electricity, wood, linen, towels and pool towels. A change of linen and towels is provided at the end of the 1st week of a 2 week stay. Bathroom towels have been provided for the duration of your stay but please bring your own pool towels. You could always take a hot shower outside of course, knowing you are totally secluded and unoverlooked The pool is not fenced so children must be supervised.The pool will also be cleaned twicw a week. Utility room has two washing machines Heating fuel used during low season rentals will be charged at 1 euro per litre.This is metered seperately, the relevant readings at the start and end of the rental period will be provided.
