In the heart of the village of Westkapelle behind the main street and 2 restaurants you will find 4 holiday bungalows on a small space. All bungalows have a non-separated south-facing patio on which you can sunbathe and enjoy a cosy breakfast to start your day. They are located on a peaceful small area behind 2 restaurants together with 3 other bungalows. Sea, beach, dike and lake are all found in a short distance (about 50 m). There are restaurants and shops around the corner, everything can be reached by foot. A beach cabin can be booked additionally if it is available.

Bungalow D is a small (40 m2) cozy affordable holiday bungalow for 3 people with simple equipment. Living room with color television, kitchen with simple equipment. Coffee machine, water kettle, 4 flame gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer. 2 bedrooms (one with sliding door to the living room), then you have more room, showers, toilet with sink, comfortable central heating in all rooms. Private parking space. In the bungalows there is TV with satellite reception with all private German channels.

The peaceful dike village of Westkapelle is located down by the dike and the dunes. In the village you will find shop, supermarket, fish shops and restaurants. On the beach there are cabins, you can swim, sunbathe, fish or dive. You can walk over the dunes and you will have a wonderful view of Walcheren. There is also a small freshwater lake for fishing. If you are looking for tranquility, then you can be out on the countryside in 2 minutes where you can go on walks and bike. Nordic walking can be practiced here. Nearby there is Middelburg for shopping, the old-fashion Veere and the waterworks Neeltje Jans. The villages of Zoutelande and Domburg are not far away, here you can relax on the patios, eat in the restaurant and visit a market. In this region, there are the longest days in the Netherlands. You can also go on day excursions to Belgium, for example to Knokke, Bruges or Gent.

Zum wiederholten mal waren meine Frau und ich in den
Bungalows.Wie immer ist alles in einem sauberen und gepflegtem Zustand.Die betreuung durch das Vermieter-
Ehepaar ist sehr gut.Man wohnt so zentral,das jedes Ziel
(Markt ,Strand,oder Einkaufscenter) in 2 minuten zu
erreichen ist.
Kurz gesagt,es gibt nichts zu meckern.
Owner's Response: Mit solcher netten Gaeste ist es als Vermieter auch gut zu leben.

Klein, aber fein - für den schmalen Geldbeutel

Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und gepflegt und entsprach ganz genau der Beschreibung. Wir waren sogar eher noch positiv überrascht, da einiges, wie etwa die Heizung, frisch renoviert und somit auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik ist. Darüber hinaus hätten wir auch noch eine Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung gehabt.
Die Aufteilung ist recht geschickt, so dass man auch mit mehr als zwei Personen immer noch ausreichend Bewegungsfreiheit hatte, insbesondere für Familien mit Kind sehr geeignet. Natürlich ist es, wie ja auch der Beschreibung zu entnehmen war, nicht riesig groß, aber solange man nicht vorhat, den Urlaub überwiegend in der Ferienwohnung zu verbringen, ist das ja auch nicht von Belang.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine kleine Terasse mit einer Sitzgruppe und (nagelneuer) elektrischer Markise.
Ein Stellplatz fürs Auto befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Vermieter-Ehepaar war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und stellte uns einen Kinderhochstuhl zur Verfügung und bot uns auch noch ein Babyreisebett an (beides kostenfrei!!!!).

Die Bungalows liegen sehr zentral in einem Hinterhof (also eher nichts für Freunde von Urlaub im Grünen): Ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, Geschäfte und Restaurants wie auch der Strand waren fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden den Bungalow vorbehaltlos jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
