Recently renovated apartment on 1st floor of a building dating back to the 17th Century, situated in the heart of the old town. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has a characteristic fresco on the ceiling. There is air conditioning. There is a large living/ dining room with kitchen. There is a double bedroom, qith ensuite bathroom. A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom with shower & washing machine. There is a balcony which may be used. The apartment is inthe heart of the Old Town. Shops, restaurants & bars literally on your doorstep. The marina is just a minutes walking distance and the main Lido beach is a 10min walk or a short bus ride.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of one of the oldest buildings in Alghero's Centro Storico, located in a small side street just off the two main streets in the Old Town, Via Roma and Via Carlo Alberto. Close to lots of Cafe Bars and Restaurants and all the main shopping area in the old town.

Appartment in Old Town

I stayed in this appartment last summer with four friends, and it worked out great. Appartment was very comfortable, plenty of space, nicely furnished, and well equiped. But, best of all, the appartment was in the centre of the old town, with everything literally at your doorstep! Fabulous restaurants, shops, marine, and a 15 min walk to the beach. The centre of Alghero is a lovely old town, cobbled narrow streets, old buildings, churches, well worth a visit. I would highly recommend this appartment, and will definately return again myself, sometime soon, I hope!
