With a mix of elegance and comfort, this one bedroom apartment with balcony and air-conditioning is situated in the heart of the Musiciens quarter on the Alphonse Karr Street, just a few steps away from shops, restaurants, the walking street and the main street Jean Médecin in Nice. When entering this apartment. you'll immediately feel seduced by the contemporary decoration and the calmness although you know you still are in the heart of the city. White walls, hardwood floor and modern furnishing. Open plan kitchen equipped with washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, oven and cook top. The living room has a lounge and a dining area. It is also possible to eat outside on the balcony. The sofa bed offers a comfortable bed for 2 persons, allowing extra house guests.The living room is also equipped with TV and DVD-player. One bedroom with double bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Pets not allowed. Damage deposit: 700 euros.
