Luxury first floor apartment on the Condado de Alhama golf resort. Situated on garden 4, this south facing beautifully furnished & air-conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bright open plan dining / living area contains a dining table, leather suite, and LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with Halogen hobs, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker. The large roof solarium (sun terrace) is equipped with a 6 seater Dining Table, Armchairs and Coffee Table, and Sun Loungers. A large communal swimming pool, with separate shallow area for small children, and playground equipment, are a few steps from the front door. The on site supermarket, bar, tennis courts and football pitch are 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The first Jack Nicklaus golf course on the site is scheduled to open later 2009. Within 20 minutes drive are a variety of landscapes including beautiful beaches, marinas, hill walking and upmarket shopping mall.

On the newest Polaris World resort, Condado de Alhama, the apartment is in the Murcia region of South East Spain. Less than an hour's drive from Murcia San Javier and Alicante airports, this golf resort, a few kilometres inland is near the Sierra Espuna mountain range and nature reserve. For beach lovers, there are various beaches a 15 minute drive away at Boleneuvo, Puerto de Mazarron and Isla Plana. Heading east will take you to the Mar Menor, the largest salt water lake in Europe, with water temperature several degrees warmer than the Med on the other side of the lagoon. Shoppers can enjoy the upmarket malls and retail parks in the nearby cities of Murcia and Cartagena. The Condado de Alhama resort is part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail, a circuit which will provide 9 courses within a radius of 25km. Four courses are already up and running, two are under construction, and the others are in the planning phase.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of £50 per week is payable on all bookings, with the balance of the rental to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period, the full rental is payable on booking.

    On all bookings, a refundable security deposit of £100 is payable. This will be returned after departure once our on site property manager confirms there are no breakages or damages.

    On all bookings, a cleaning and linen charge of €50 is payable on arrival to our on site property manager.

    Optional extras, which are payable to our on site property manager, include a mid-stay linen change for €20, and a welcome pack for €20.

    Long term rental prices and availability on request.
  • Accommodation is cleaned before arrival, including clean tea towels, bath and hand towels and linen. Please bring your own beach / pool towels.
  • Payment in Euros can be accepted. Euro denominated prices are available on request.

On Site Facilities: The rental prices for 2009 reflect the ongoing development of facilities on the 9 million square metre site. Current facilities include numerous communal swimming pools, squash courts, gym, football pitch, tennis courts, bar / restaurant, and supermarket. The onsite town centre, the Al Kasar, is now open, and currently contains a comprehensively stocked supermarket, a British / Irish themed pub, and with Spanish & Italian themed restaurants opening soon.

Golf: The Condado de Alhama resort is part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail, a circuit which will provide 9 courses within a radius of 25km. Four courses are already up and running, two are under construction, and the others are in the planning phase. The first golf course (Alhama Best Golf) on the Condado site is under construction, with all holes seeded, and is expected to be playable by the end of 2009. This 18 hole, par 72 course is the principal Signature Course designed for Polaris World by Jack Nicklaus himself, and features sharp changes in elevation and four lakes. In the meantime, you can obtain resident’s green fees at the other Polaris World courses in the region which are open being Mar Menor, La Torre, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme. It is recommended that you take your handicap certificate with you.

My husband and I stayed at this apartment in April this year. Extremely comfortable apartment and equipped to a very high standard. The owners customer service was fantastic. Informing us of lovely restaurants nearby to visit during our stay and also their directions were excellent. Thank you very much.

Excellent apartment finished to a very high standard. All that you would expect to find in a retal appartment plus much more. The rooms are furnished above usual rental standards and the appartment was spotless.The directions and meeting arrangements worked very well and the property manager, Carol, was very helpful and informative. It is just a short drive to the beach and a large number of high quality golf courses can be found nearby. As can been seen from the photographs there is a pool just to the front of the appartment so children can be watched by their parents from the solarium. The owners provided very good customer service and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to a friend. All in all this apartment doesn't have to be rented for a golfing holiday only as there are many activities & attractions in the area for all of the family
