New 2 double bedroomed villa with private garden, panoramic pool, 6.5x4.5m and a large terrace for al fresco dining. The villa is south facing with a seaview in a quiet development, about 10 mins walk to the local beach. The property is modern, local stone built with excellent specification throughout. It is fully air conditioned, including the 2 double bedrooms. The property can sleep a further 2 people with a fold-away bed in the twin room or a double sofa bed in the lounge. A cot is also available. It is fully fitted to a high standard with all modern amenities including a washing machine.

Capitana Marina is 5 mins away, offering a variety of water sports including a dive centre, it also has a restaurant and bar. Nearest village is Flumini, 2km/5mins drive, this has cash point, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, pizzeria, cafe and bar. Quartu S. Elena is approx. 10 mins drive, here you will find a Shopping Mall, cinema, bowling alley, and an assortment of shops with a market on Wednesdays. Cagliari is a beautiful city approx. 15km away with harbour and port, designer shops and restaurants. The local beach is a few mins. walk, with bar and restaurant in summer months. A short drive will give access to miles and miles of sandy beaches. The famous Poetto Beach is only 10 mins drive away and this has a wide assortment of beach activities and plentiful bars and restaurants. There are 3 supermarkets in the area, all within 5-10 min drive, and there are local mini stores and fresh fruit/veg stalls all in close proximity. Numerous typical restaurants and pizzerias in the area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices shown are for the the property per week in GBPs based on 4 people sharing. Final cleaning and laundry is additional £100 for a one week stay and £140 for a two week stay, based on 4 people sharing. Towels and linen are changed weekly. ( The prices for the final clean and linen hire are for 2009 and there maybe a slight increase for 2010, however I cannot confirm this at this time)
    Prices do not include the hire of beach/pool towels.
  • 30%reservation fee is required to secure a booking. The balance payment must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 security deposit must be paid against loss/damages, this will be refunded after vacation of the property. If cancellation is necessary 8 weeks or less before arrival, the 30% reservation fee will not be refunded,
  • Welcome packs can be provided upon request and at an additional charge subject to requirements.

Notes: The villa is fully air conditioned including both bedrooms. It is on one level internally, the gardens are enclosed, so it is suitable for children. We also have a variety of childrens toys and a baby bath. Outside , the villa has a private enclosed garden with a lovely terrace and private pool ( unheated). There is an outside shower. The area is fully equipped with barbeque, dining furniture and sun loungers.

Golf: There is a Golf Course at Is Molas, approx. 40 mins away. A new green has recently opened at Villiasimius, approx. 30 mins away.

Special Interest: The south coast of Sardinia is rich in culture, architecture and history. It is an area full of sporting activities and has a natural beauty on its coastline. A Welcome Book is available at the villa to provide information about the local area and beyond.

Coast/Beach: The local beach is a short walk through a pine forest. This is a small sandy beach with shallow waters that are suitable for young children. It has a beach bar and restaurnat that is open during the summer months. A short drive gives access to some wonderful beaches all around the south coast, including the famous Peotto beach .
