Located on the second floor of a four-storey building with secure entry. This newly renovated one bedroom apartment in the heart of Antibes has a bathroom with a power shower, WC, and vanity sink unit with shaver socket. The fully equipped open plan modern kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric hob,and fridge. The spacious lounge/dining area has a corner sofa bed with double mattress, Flat screen TV, video, DVD, Sky TV, and Sony Playstation 2. There is a dining table with seating for four people. The main bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to make a super king-size bed, and fitted wardrobes with sliding mirrored doors. The whole apartment is tastefully decorated and has ceiling fans in both rooms. This is a lovely light, airy apartment in a perfect position to spend a very happy holiday in Antibes. Everything in the apartment is new this season.

A short walk from the Mediterranean, the marina and beaches, our apartment is only a couple of blocks from the old town of Antibes. Ideally situated between Nice and Cannes we are only 15 kilometres from Nice International Airport (served by many low cost carriers) and within 5 minutes walking of the SNCF station (TGV and regional trains), Antibes has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to the most luxurious yachts of the world. The old town which dates back to the fifth century BC is a labyrinth of charming streets filled with shops, street cafes, restaurants, galleries, museums and churches within the town’s historic ramparts. With local weekly markets and countless artisans’ workshops situated in and around the town, Antibes offers shoppers a variety of unique goods. Renoir’s home and the Picasso Museum, which contains the artist’s locally inspired works, are testimony to the rich cultural history and beauty of Antibes.

Exceeded our expectations!

Nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable.

Super location: close to train station, so we could do without a car (and parking is expensive and difficult to find). Easy to walk to the beach, Old town, harbor, Farmers market and museum. Nice place to have on the corner, restaurant, market and bakery very close.

My only concern was a lot of noise from the street early in the morning - but good earplugs enabled me to sleep just fine.

Antibes is a perfect location for enjoying the whole area.

We had a fabulous time!

Dear Simon, it was lovely to stay in your lovely place, so close to the center of Antibes and in walking distance to the beach. The appartement is very comfortable, beautifully furnished, gives a cosy homely feeling. The fully equipped modern kitchen makes a holidy and self catering very pleasant even though many lovely little restaurants are close by. We enjoyed our stay in your appartemen thoroughly and come again pretty soon. Thanks, Birgid

“The apt was pure luxury as the owners had thought about every thing to make this a home away from home at such an affordable price.

It is a tradition Parisian apt with a modern twist and utterly functional. It was a delight to go to the local markets to buy local produce and come home to cook in the evening.

The location is exceptional 5 minute walk to rail station that would take you to Nice, Monaco, Cannes and so much more to discover. On a lazy day walk down to the local beach and try out the many restaurants in the area.

This is the best apt I have stayed in due to the functionality, location and luxury it provided, I will be coming back every year!”
