Ideally situated in the sun all day, oriented towards south. 10min from the Villefranche Harbour and 15min from shops and restaurants. 100m from the beaches and the train station - 2 stops from Nice and 6 stops from Monaco. Marble floor and high quality furniture. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building with lift and swimming pool situated in a quiet area. 75m² and a magnificent terrace with dining area. Open plan kitchen with electric cook top, oven, micro wave oven, washing machine and dish-washer. Livingroom/ dining room with TV, stereo, wi-fi internet connection and a double sofa bed. Bedroom with double bed (2x90cm). Bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Separate toilet. Private parkingfor 1 car. Telephone at reception only. No pets allowed. Damage deposit: 800euros
