Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment - 4 PERS- SWIMMING-POOL-AIR CONDITION-INTERNET- Beautiful apartment on the last floor in a new built residence with shared swimming pool. Constructed in 2008. The apartment has a large covered terrace (17m²) equipped with a lounge and a dining area. Situated on one of the first hills on the West side of Nice, the view on the Bay of Angels is fabulous, day and night! The apartment is fully equipped with new and high standard furniture. Equipped kitchen corner, living room/ dining room with flat screen TV, French windows accessing the terrace. 2 bedrooms with a 160cm bed each. Shower room with toilet and 1 separate toilet. Garage for 1 car. Pets are not accepted. Damage deposit: 700 Euros.

The property is situated on the west hills of Nice, 10 min. drive from Promenade des Anglais, the beach & the shops. The Old Town of Nice is most charming with its bustling tiny streets lined with cafes and artisan shops as well as Place Massena with shopping arcades and a boulevard lined with restaurants serving cuisine from round the world. Nice is home to many museums, an Opera & many churches and palaces spanning Renaissance, Baroque and Belle Époque. During summer jazz festivals take place across region. Within a few kilometres from Nice are situated medieval villages of Eze, St. Paul deVence and many others. If you fancy a flutter Monte Carlo is 15 min. drive or a train ride away. For water sorts there are facilities along the coast. There is a world famous Marineland with dolphin & orque shows in Antibes (15 min. drive). There are golf courses nearby as well as horse-riding facilities. After an action packed day you can enjoy a dinner perhaps in Cannes.
