A well located apartment centrally located between Polis town and the village of Latchi. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine, hob,oven,grill. There is also a toaster, kettle, microwave, 2 family sized fridges and a family sized freezer. TV, DVD player, PS2, CD player, DVDs, CDs, books, board games. There are 2 Single plus beds (bigger than a normal single)that are new this year and are very comfortable, a double sofa bed and two single sofa beds. Table and chairs, iron, ironing board.Plenty of storage in chest of drawers and a big wardrobe. The pool is a stones throw away from the balcony, you can observe it whilst inside the apartment. our apartment has direct access to the pool from the balcony. The bathroom has a bath shower WC and hand basin. It really is a well equipped home from home.

Our apartment is situated in Polis Chrysochous Bay, the most beautiful and unexploited corner of Cyprus an area that has many natural and cultural treasures to reveal. Surrounded by unspoilt almond and olive tree covered hills,scattered with traditional villages,tavernas and unspoilt beaches it is truly relaxing. It is situated on the Northwest corner of the island between the Akamas peninsula and Paphos forest and is the right choice of nature lovers and socialites alike.only 35km from Paphos, visit the old town or Tomb of the Kings and the markets. In Latchi go fishing or choose from a wide variety of watersports,eat or just relax at the picturesque harbour and view the most stunning sunsets. Plenty of shops await you in Polis town as does Go Karting or bowling. Hire a quad or a bicycle and take yourself off to little villages where the locals are happy to talk to you and point you to places of interest which are off the usual trail. There is so much on offer it is hard to choose.

    It is payable locally to reception together with the apartment electricity charge and any phone calls you have made.
    We charge this separately as not everyone will use the same and we have found this to be the fairest way.
    If you want to use your mobile whilst in Cyprus for receiving or making calls you will find it cheaper to buy a Pay as you Go sim card from the local shop in Latchi. There is a small deposit to use the mini safe in the apartment.

  • The main bedroom has a dressing table with mirror, full length mirror and two good size chests of drawers. The single beds in this room are bigger than standard single beds but not quite as big as doubles. They are brand new and very comfortable. The bedroom is also served with a double wardrobe which also contains a safe.The bedroom is fully air conditioned. It also has 'blackout curtains' so you can sleep in or have a siesta should the mood take you. The other sleeping area is in the lounge.. it has a double sofa bed and 2 single sofa chairs each of them have mattress toppers to give you a deep luxurious sleep. This area is also fully air conditioned. It has a very large drawer unit to house your personal belongings.

Notes: There are several internet cafes in the area and most of the bars/restaurants along the harbour have wi-fi connection. The staff at reception are all very friendly and so helpful it seems that they know everything and can arrange anything. If you require more pillows, towels, sheets just ask. The restaurant near the childrens pool is good quality and good value. there is also a very good Chinese restaurant onsite. In Latchi you will find Tammys fish and chip shop (British style and really fresh fish! Yum)
