The villa itself is set in a beautifully maintained garden with large swimming pool. Inside is spacious, modern and comfortable and easily sleeps 6 people. The villa is situated 5 minutes drive from the historic Spanish town of Chiclana and La Barrossa Beach. It is close to local amenities such as shops, markets, chemist.

The area is home to some of Spains finest beaches- typically Spanish and unspoilt. The villa has easy access to golf courses, watersports, horse riding,tennis and gliding. It is situated within close driving distance to many of Spains oldest white villages such as Vejer de La Frontera, Arcos and Conil to name but a few and Donana National Park. In the local town of Chiclana a daily market gives way to fresh produce such as fish, poultry, fruit, pastries and vegetables. Many traditional Spanish pastimes also take place here such as festival celebrations, bull fighting and flamenco dancing. The villa is situated in a community 5 minutes drive from La Barrossa Beach and 2 minutes drive to a large supermarket.

Cadiz: Close to Cadiz said to be the oldest city in the western world and 30 minutes drive to Tarifa .

La Barrossa Beach: With 8 kilometres of fine white sand and clear blue water,it's huge. La Barrosa has been awarded the European Blue Flag award for clean beaches. It is also widely regarded as one of the best beaches on the Andalucian coastline.

Golf: Ten minutes away is Novo Sancti Petri’s 36-hole course which was designed by world famous golfer Severiano Ballesteros. There is also a 9-hole course (Golf Campano) just south of Chiclana, heading towards Algeciras.

We stayed some 16 nights in June in this property and had a wonderful time. It was our first time that we rented a property for holiday and we are very very satisfied.
The house is very nicely located in an area surrounded by other villas mostly owned by spanish families. Well, you need a car to get to the astonishing beaches of La Barrosa and Novo Sancti Petri, but on one hand you need a car anyhow to get to Chiclana and on the other hand it is only a 10 minutes drive to the next beach (La Barrosa). And you definitely need a car to discover all the touristic attractions and the beautiful nature of the Costa de la Luz.
The house was very clean, well equipped with everything you may need during your holiday (even more than we expected from the description on the webpage) and giving more than enough space even when travelling with 6 persons. The pool is being cleaned once a week and the housekeepers have been very friendly and helpful giving good advises for supermarkets which are half way to the beach, sightseeing and close-by restaurants. In a basket we found city maps of all touristic destinations in the area (Cadiz, Seville, Ronda, Tarifa, Cordoba etc.). The pool was just about perfect for our daughters being 6 and 3 years old so we could be very relaxed while sunbathing with the kids playing in the shallow area of the pool. All in all we spent a holiday in a way we hoped it would be and we will definitely be back.
