With its spacious accommodation, top quality furnishings and tasteful décor, this beautiful house is the perfect holiday villa in the luxury category. Every principal room in the house has outstanding panoramic views over the bay of Javea towards Cabo San Antonio while, from the terraces and pool area, Mount Montgo is also encompassed. The large windows give the villa a cool, light and airy feel; the facilities for outdoor relaxing and dining are of the same very high standard. Accommodation is on three levels. The main living area consists of the entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen, large salon, master bedroom, and partially covered terrace with fantastic views to the sea and stunning landscape to the north. On the upper level is one double bedroom, and on the lower level is a large hallway, three bedrooms, an additional room with twin beds, plus access to the pool and lower terraces.

This fine, large villa, in its elevated location in Cap Marti, Javea, is just few minutes by car from the beautiful Arenal sandy beach offering safe bathing and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally lively during the daytime and at night. Local supermarkets, banks and other shops are also close, and the attractive harbour area and historic old town of Javea, just a short drive away, are very picturesque and worth a visit. For golfers there are two courses in the area, and Javea is well-positioned for various courses including La Sella, Oliva Nova, Don Cayo, and Ifach. For family days out the famous Terra Mitica Theme Park is within easy reach, and there is a host of other tourist attractions in the area. The vibrant city of Valencia, home of the Americas Cup, is a wonderful place to visit. Javea is midway between Alicante and Valencia airports, the journey by car taking in the region one hour and a quarter to one hour and a half.
