Splendidly restored 'Mas' (farm) with large private heated and fenced (child safe) swimming pool, situated in the department Lot just outside the little romantic village Espedaillac. This comfortable holiday house serves 8 persons and 1 baby (could be 2 families). The house is situated in the country side at a large lot with much privacy. The private (heated) swimming pool, ideal in spring and autumn, is 14.5 x 4.5 m and has 3 levels (40-85-180cm). The pool is completely fenced and child safe. Around the house various terraces, various garden furniture and parasols are available.

Nearest Train: Assier at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A 20 at 20 Kilometres
Car: necessary
The nice village Espédaillac is situated between the rivers Dordogne and Lot. Mas de l'Artillou lies at 4 kilometres from the village. Shopping at 5 - 10 minutes (Livernon or Assier). Figeac is a very nice town with a lot of culture and old centre. Many activities are possible in the surroundings. From the house there are starting several walking tracks. You can swim in the rivers Lot, Dordogne and Célé. There are many small restaurants where you can eat deliciously for a modest amount. In the summer month's there are everywhere festivals and the well-known “vide greniers” and “brocantes” (please contact tourist office). Rocamadour is a well-known tourist attraction with many curiosities and activities for young and old. Further: canoeing, a visit to the caves of Padirac, caves of Peche Merle, the open air museum of Cuzals with outside activities, Cahors with its well known bridge 'Valentré'. Furthermore you can visit one of the many vineyards in the area.

Notes: The wide living kitchen is well equipped. Pots and pans, 2 fridges, a freezer, washing machine and drier, dishwasher, furnace and microwave. There is always a stock of daily needs like coffee, tea, oil, herbs, toilet paper etc. which guests may use. The original living room has a large and high fireplace. A nice spot during spring and autumn with a book or a nice glass of wine. Satellite TV, 42' LCD TV, stereo-set, DVD, From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The first and shallowest level is at the Romanesque staircase (for babies and the young ones). In the village is a tennis court. In the house we have an all year subscription card available. Golf within 25 km, Horse riding within 15 km, Tennis court within 4 km.
