Large modern (ground floor) one bedroom two bath apartment with wrap-around terraces overlooking the Mediterranean and St. Jean Cap Ferrat. Enjoy dining, entertaining and romantic evenings on the patio in the starlit garden, surrounded by palm and citrus trees, roses, lavender, hydrangeas and bougainvillea. Within easy walking distance of the still authentic fishing village of old Villefranche-sur-Mer, its ports, shops, restaurants and beaches. Close to the colorful outdoor market of Beaulieu, the spectacular hilltop village of Eze, the glamour of Monte Carlo, the cultural diversity of Nice, the rich constellation of the museums (Picasso, Matisse and Chagall, etc.) and only a short drive to Italy. The bedroom has a new queen size bed. There is a fully-equipped open kitchen and dining area.
