The large private terrace has stunning views over the landscaped gardens to the La Quinta golf course, the Mediterranean Sea and La Concha mountain. The La Quinta Clubhouse and 5-star Westin Hotel and its facilities are within walking distance. The beaches, bustling bars and restaurants of Marbella and Puerto Banus are just a few minutes drive away. An ideal all-year round resort, there are so may things to do for both adults and children, and of course the Costa del Golf offers dozens of different courses all of which are open all year.

You can just sit for hours and people watch on the Marina. Marbella Old Town is a treat, offering lots of great restaurants and bars in traditional Spanish style. There is extensive nightlife for all ages. La Quinta itself has a 27 hole golf course on your doorstep and there is a luxury Spa at the 5* Westin hotel.

Best holiday in ages

The ease of this holiday goes without saying. The communication between the owner was fantastic and made the trip all the more enjoyable. The apartment looks out onto one of the most spectacular views, and a few drinks on the balcony started off many enjoyable nights. We did not rent a car as we would not have used it often enough to make it feasible, but for a family it might be suggested. The photos do not do the apartment justice as it is a lot bigger than it appears on the internet. Large beds, bathrooms and sitting room area. There is a great nightlife scene only ten minutes away and then the quite peaceful hills make a great escape from the madness of the port. it appeals to all sorts of visitors. There is a very large, clean pool area with a good breeze reaching from the sea, but the beaches are great also. Kitchen area has all the utilities required to eat in, which we did on a couple of occasions. I have suggested this apartment to many friends at this stage and with the unbelievable price, it is an extremely upmarket place that is ridiculously affordable during these recessionary times. Thanks a million Jon!

Adoramos o seu apartamento, a zona onde está inserido é fantástica, sossegada e segura, os acessos à autoestrada são bons, o Apartamento é optimo e tem tudo o que necessitamos numa casa, a decoração é excelente e muito bonita, se alguma vez voltarmos ao Sul de Espanha, irei contactá-lo para ficarmos novamente na sua casa.
Para terminar queria apenas dizer que o Sr. que nos recebeu, Peter, foi excelente muito simpático e disponivel, mas acima de tudo muito Profissional,

What you see is what you get, or like the previous reviewer said: it actually is better. New, clean, modern & neat apartment. Big terrace, view is truly magnificent & peaceful. Nice pool at few steps away. Our party was 2 couples with 2 toddlers of 2 YO, apartment was perfect for us.
Very responsive & helpful owner and agent.
Car is a must have for shopping/dining out.
Restaurants we liked:
- Marbella Beach Club
- Trocadero
- Eddy & Marisa's
Families with young (running) children: mind the glass furniture in the living.
Wish we could have stayed longer, will certainly return this or next year.
Highly recommended apartment.

A great apartment

We can say only positive things about the apartment, it is even better than on the photos.

We were 4 adults (41,47,70.73) and it delighted us all very much. One does need a car, but everything is very quick to reach (beach, supermarket, shops etc.) The whole arrangement is well maintained and very clean. The pool area is easily accessible and also clean, but only available to house guests. The apartment is well positioned for whoever would like to get to know the Costa del Sol better. We can also recommend this apartment for German speaking guests, because the management are very helpful and a little English is quite sufficient to get by.

We would give the apartment 10 out of 10 and book again.

Wir können nur positives über die Wohnung sagen, Sie ist noch besser als auf den Fotos. Wir waren mit 4Erw.(41,47,70,73) und Sie hat uns alle sehr begeistert. Nur man braucht ein Auto, aber alles ist sehr schnell zu erreichen(Strand, Supermarkt, Geschäfte usw.)
Die gesamt Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Poolbereich ist schön angelegt nur für Hausbewohner zugänglich und sauber. Wer die Costa del Sol kennenlernen möchte erreicht von da alles sehr gut.
Wir können Sie nur empfelen, auch für deutschsprachige Gäste ist die Betreuung vor Ort kein Problem wenig englisch reicht aus und man gibt sehr viel Mühe. .
Wir würden die Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen und wieder buchen.
