This popular villa is tastefully furnished throughout and ideally located just a few minutes walk from the popular pine walk, with its selection of pavement cafes, restaurants and lovely sandy beach, making this an excellent choice for clients not wanting to hire a car. It is just a short walk from the port of Puerto Pollenca and 8 km from the old town of Pollença. This modern two storey villa is decorated to a high standard. The large entrance hall leads to the Living room and combined dining room with a long wooden dining table (seats 8) and patio doors providing access to the covered terrace. The Lounge area has a large sofa, satellite tv (please bring your own card) and dvd player. The kitchen is spacious and includes all ‘mod-cons’ such as microwave, and dishwasher. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, two en-suit and a seperate bathroom, the fifth bedroom with en-suit is on the ground floor.

Ideally located in the North of Mallorca, with beautiful scenery. Drive up through the Tramantana Mountains. Walk from your Villa through the Boca Valley, for the more adventurous you could even walk to Cala San Vincente. Port of Puenca is only a short walk with its numerous bars and restaurants. The very pretty town of Pollenca is a short car or bus journey. If you are feeling fit enough you can try walking up all 365 steps in Pollensa old town to visit the little church at the top of the hill. Again a short drive to the old town of Alcudia which is all pedestrianised. There is a market in Pollenca on Sundays, in the square of Puerto Polleca on Wednesdays and Alcudia Old Town on Tuesdays. A drive round Pollenca Bay takes you to the Port of Alcudia which is full of shops and nightlife. A bus or car journey to the top of Formentor is well worth the trip. The views are spectacular especially the sunset.
