This modern house with six bedrooms and four showers is ideal for families, golfers or those wishing to enjoy this beautiful part of Brittany. A large, modern wood burning fire place forms the hub of the open plan area that incorporates the kitchen, dining and living room. This generous space enjoys natural light from three large French windows that facilitate fantastic views of the countryside. There is also a large plasma TV. The well equipped and spacious kitchen includes granite worktops, dish washer, substantial oven and microwave. Two ground floor double bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. There is a large utility room with fridge and a handy wash basin which leads to the garage and a toilet. Open plan stairs lead to four further double bedrooms and two bathrooms that each has showers, washbasins and toilets. The garage includes a washing machine and freezer. A pleasant terrace overlooks the large garden and unspoilt countryside. Two minutes to shops, a bar and English pub.

Nearest Beach: beach at 20.0 Kilometres
Car: necessary
Ideally located for the Golf Club of St Malo (5 minutes) and Domaine des Ornes Golf Club (8 minutes).Close to village centre with shops and pub while enjoying view of countryside in a peaceful setting. Very accessible by air and ferry. St Malo port is 20 minutes away while Ryan Air operate from Dinard/St Malo airport (25 minutes). TVG trains that link with Eurostar run from Dol-de-Bretagne (10 min) and Rennes (40 min). Close to forest and canal walks and cycle paths and 25 minutes from lovely sandy cove beaches in the Concale area. Typical market towns such as Combourg and Dol-de-Bretagne are only a ten minutes drive away and the larger historic towns of Dinard and St Malo are within easy reach. Mont St Michael is less than half an hours drive. For the children Cobac Park offers the fun of the rides, slides and stalls and it's five minutes away. A range of activities and attractions include swimming, horse riding, mountain biking, karting, an animal park and alligator house.

My family had a wonderful holiday in this spacious and well appointed house. The property is newly decorated and has some lovely luxurious finishes. It is well situated for the local beaches and other attractions, perfect for families and the local village has a number of handy shops and a tennis court for hire. A typcial french holiday in a lovely setting - we hope to return soon!
