Large self-catering apartment available to rent on Regina Gardens in the Tomb of the Kings area. Set back from the main road with views towards the sea/sunset. The apartment is set in spacious landscaped gardens and has access to 2 large pools and a child's pool. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Paphos harbour is a short bus trip away. This apartment is well equipped for 6 and can sleep 8max. All linen except beach towels are provided. With its westerly view, looking over the lush gardens, the apartment gets the afternoon/evening sun on the patio/balcony. The bedrooms are shaded, helping to protect them from the afternoon sun in the heat of the summer. There are air-conditioning units in all of the bedrooms and ceiling fans in two. There are cool, ceramic floors throughout the apartment. This is an ideal location for visiting the Akamas Nature Reserve, a multitude of historical sites, including the World Heritage Tombs of the Kings and the Troodos Mountain

Fab family holiday in great apartment

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week in August, 2009 and could have stayed longer. Great pools, spotless apartment with plenty of room for the whole family and more. Collection of Disney DVD's kept our eldest daughter amused when the sun got too hot andthe jigsaws and games kept our youngest one amused when we weren't busy in the pool or atthe nearby beaches. Would recommend this to any family looking for a great holiday spot!

Me and my wife spent two weeks at this property in October and had an excellent break. The apartment itself is spacious and could easily accomodate up to eight people with feeling cramped. It is very well kept with all mod-cons and lies within an excellent complex that is also well maintained. There are full time residents on the complex who dont let any standards slip and it also promotes and excellent community atmosphere which you can either be part of or just watch over whilst laying out on the ample sized private balcony.

The close proximity to the bus stop (about five minute walk) allows cheap and easy access to Paphos Harbour and the excellent Coral Bay. These two areas are great for both day and night and and the local bars and restaurants on the tomb of the kings road gives an extra option for the nightlife that is in easy walking distance of he appartment.

It really is a great place for whatever you want from your holiday with temperatures of around 25 to 28 degrees in early October.

We,ve been here a couple of times now and it gets better every time we visit. The development and in particualr the gardens are looking so mature and its all really well maintained.
The development has a couple of good sized pools with sunbeds and parasols and there is a kiddies pool for the little ones to splash around in.
The apartment is spacious and with the A/C its cool whenever you need it. The people are really friendly and the location is great. It's between Coral Bay and Kato Paphos and its a short level walk to the shops and Restuarants. You can chill out here or use the Local Transport to get around.
If like us you feel more adventurous then hire a car and see all the island it's beautiful!

What a lovely place!

I have been to this appartment twice already and will certainly go again. There's a lovely big airy lounge/dining room with a balcony we sat out on for breakfast and dinner. It has lovely views over the lush gardens. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. I loved chilling out by the pool with my book, my husband found some good golf in the area and Jen (now 24) and Lol (now 22) enjoyed the nearby shops and restaurants especially 'Fat Mama's'! Highly recommended!
