This holiday villa with garden and private pool is build in a typical Mediterranean style and multiple terraces. It consists in 2 floors, both fully equiped to function independently. The communicating door in the entrance hall combines both floors as 1 individual house, this makes it ideal for large families with children or groups of friends. Both floors have a spacious living room equiped with Flatscreen TV, SAT, DVD, each 2 sofabeds and a dining corner. The ground floor has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with bath/shower, bidet and toilet and on the first floor there is 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms also with bath/shower, bidet and toilet. The 2 kitchens are equiped with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, iron, iron board and all other necessary utilities. On the ground floor there´s also a dishwasher. Outside furniture consists of tables and chairs, lounge chairs, barbecue.

The villa is situated at the South East coast of the island at just a few metres from the beach “Playa Cala Ferrera” and at walking distance from the Touristic and Commercial Centre of Cala d´Or where charming beaches such as Cala Serena, Cala d´Or and Cala Esmeralda are located. The centre is very animated with it´s great variety of bars, restaurants, and shops. Cala d´Or is also famous for it´s Marina which is probably the most beautiful yacht port of the island.
