This Spacious Catalan villa is only 15min from the Med and backs onto the foothills of the Pyrenees, offering a wonderful view of the mountains, across the plain to the sea, which you can enjoy from one of the 2 roof terraces. The garden has fruit trees, olives and a beautiful shady palm tree. There is a built in barbeque area with fitted sink, just off the terrace by the heated pool. The village centre and its local shops, are within just a few min. walking distance. The supermarket 5 min. drive. This generous property divides into various spaces making it suitable for a small or large number of people to enjoy. It consists of 4 bedrooms – 2 double, both leading onto terraces, one with en-suite bathroom - 2 twin rooms, 2 bathrooms, separate WC; fully equipped kitchen with seating area in- and outside; large lounge\dining room with open fireplace, a further sitting area on the mezzanine.TV-lounge with 2 divan beds, TV/DVD.Large basement with table-tennis, garage and washing machine.

Villelongue dels Monts is a typical Catalan village located in the Albères, the cork forest foothills of the Pyrenees. It is 40 minutes drive from the local airport of Perpignan and 1 hour from Gerona, 15 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from the Spanish border. On the two hour drive to Barcelona you can stop off on and visit the Dali Museum in Figueres. The area is rich in art, history culture and cuisine but also ideal for many sporting activities including walking, cycling, climbing, water sports and golf, the ski resorts of the Pyrenees are just 90 minutes away. Villelongue offers you the peace and quite of an authentic Catalan village, whilst situated only 15 minutes from the more popular large sandy beaches or rocky coves of the Côte Vermeille.

Amazingly beautiful area of France. Lovely spaciouse feel to the villa.
Enjoyed the pool and the terraces. Good facilities and equipment... loved the ping-pong
