Marvelous panorama view over the Bay of Villefranche and St Jean Cap Ferrat. Beautiful park, swimming pool with sun chairs, boule/pétanque area. All conveniences within 300m, the beach and the harbor within 900m. The apartment is newly furnished and equipped. Kitchen area with dish washer, washing machine, micro wave oven, oven, refrigerator and freezer. Living room with dining area, TV corner with TV, large panorama windows opening onto the terrace of 12m² equipped with dining area. 2 bedrooms with balcony on the backside of the building, very calm: 1 double bed, 160cm large, 2 single beds, 90cm large. 1 shower room with toilet. Enclosed parking for 1 car. Pets are not allowed. Damage deposit: 800 Euros.

The train which is 7 minutes away runs all along the coast. Nice or Monaco are ten minutes away or you can be in Italy in 40 minutes. Drive into the hills and visit Eze or St Paul de Vence. Antibes and Cannes are within easy reach. This area has so much to offer from art, history, luxury and indulgence - whatever your taste. Villefranche old town dates back to the 12th century and is full of history and good places to eat plus a wonderful beach and sea to swim in. This is undoubtably one of the most beautiful places in the world.
