This tranquil villa is situated on a private plot of 2.000 m2 among hillsides of olive and almond groves. All on one level with 130 m2 built it provides 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large living / dining area with fireplace and a well-equipped open plan kitchen. The large, fenced-in sun terrace offers on more than 200 m2 a swimming pool (9x4 m) with outdoor shower and a nice and shady al-fresco eating area. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Mountains and the stunning scenery of the Axarquia. The house is located 10 min. away from the white village of Colmenar and is an ideal spot for excursions: in about 35 minutes you can reach the sea and the beaches of the main tourist resorts of Torrox, Torre del Mar and Nerja as well as Malaga and Antequera. Ronda, Cordoba and Granada with its famous attractions are 90 minutes away.
