This beautiful 3 bedroom villa is on a flat plot overlooking Javea Golf Club. It is a well furnished family home comprising of a large lounge and dining room with British satellite TV, DVD and Hi fi. Doors lead to the outside Naya, which has a dining table and chairs, and a sofa, chairs and coffee table. Outside there is a 10 x 5 pool with Roman steps, and a pretty BBQ area .There is a poolside shower and down some steps is a WC. The spacious poolside area gives you the choice of sitting either on the grass in the shade of the palm tree or making the most of the sun on the terrace. The villa is situated in a private residential area just 2 minutes walk to the Javea Golf Club where you will find tennis courts, driving range, putting green, pool, bar and restaurant. The villa is ideal for families who want a relaxing peaceful holiday but close enough for the beaches, restaurants and night life in town.

Javea is divided into three main areas: THE OLD TOWN In the Old Town of Javea, you can wander down ancient narrow streets and visit the local market on a Thursday. THE PORT OF JAVEA Many people's favourite area of Javea. Whitewashed houses surround the bay.. You can take a boat trip from here to Denia or south to Calpe and Benidorm. It is a lively bustling area with many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. THE ARENAL The bustling Arenal area is basically the sandy blue flag beach which is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. The Arenal is very good for families. The beach is large and very wide, the water is very shallow and calm as it is in a sheltered bay. It's a great place to walk along the promenade in the evening where there are various stalls here selling a variety of handmade crafts. Many of the bars have live music and there are several discotheques, where you can dance the night away! Theme parks are only 30 minutes away in Benidorm.

Notes: The kitchen is fully equipped along with a drinking water tap to save carrying all the heavy water bottles! The master bedroom has 3 windows to allow for the cool summer breeze, bedrooms 2 and 3 have ceiling fans. They all have ample storage. All windows have mosquito blinds and roll down shutters . Outside the 10 x 5 pool has roman steps for easy access. There is a shaded carport to keep the car cool, close to the back door. The nearby village of Benitachell (2 minute drive) has a large supermarket, along with pharmacy and banks.
