This top floor apartment is located in the old town of Puerto del Carmen 2 minutes from the harbour and it s lovely fish restaurants -and 10 minutes walking to the golden spacious sand beach of Puerto del Carmen . The complex is a very small quiet residential complex with only 20 units and 2 nice well maintained swimming pools - one adult pool and one kids pool . The property offers 2 bedrooms , 1 bathroom, fully fit kitchen with American breakfast bar ( equipped for up to 5 of you ) , lounge and a nice south facing balcony with views to the sea. We offer fully fit kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven , microwave, coffee maker , kettle , iron, satellite TV with DVD player , 1 extra sun lounge on the balcony - the terrace is south facing with views to the sea . Master bedroom with ceiling fan plus 2 single beds . Our apartment offers everything to enjoy nice relaxing holidays .

Our holiday home is located int he old town of Puerto del Carmen . Puerto del carmen is the biggest touristic area of the island Lanzarote and is famous for its spacious golden sand beaches and the cristal clear sea . The apartment is located in the old town of Puerto del Carmen - calle Teide - just overlooking the harbour .with a south facing balcony . The distance to the nearest beach is 600 meters . All amenities as supermarket , bars - a lot of nice cosy Irish bars - fish restaurants are within meters distance . The apartment is centric but quiet .
