The villa was constructed on the enclosed and lush property of 2000m². Swimming pool of 12m X 5m (depth: 1,2m - 1,9m). Villa equipped with Internet, air condition and Satellite TV. Ground floor: vast livingroom with fire place, dining area, french windows opening onto theterrace equipped with a dining area and sun beds. Separate and entirely equipped kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier. Separate toilet with guest toilet. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms: one 180cm bed,two 160cm beds and one 140cm bed. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Garden floor: 2 separate bedrooms, one with an access to the exterior: two 140cm beds, a shower room and toilet in each room. Private and equipped terrace. Barbecue and outdoor kitchen next to the swimming pool. Electricity is extra.

Villefranche is situated 4kms from Nice Centre and 7km from Nice International airport. A well kept secret as it retains it's charm due to lack of major hotels nearby. The train which is 7 minutes away runs all along the coast. Nice or Monaco are ten minutes away or you can be in Italy in 40 minutes. Drive into the hills and visit Eze or St Paul de Vence. Antibes and Cannes are within easy reach. This area has so much to offer from art, history, luxury and indulgence - whatever your taste. Villefranche old town dates back to the 12th century and is full of history and good places to eat plus a wonderful beach and sea to swim in. This is undoubtably one of the most beautiful places in the world.
