Photos and Description of this Venice city centre holiday apartment Great location to visit the city, ideal for families and groups of friends!

Delightful apartment on 2 floors, recently restored, modern and well-furnished with wooden dining set and large modern kitchen. Great terrace overlooking the typical venetians roofs, with tables and chairs where to dine out or have breakfast in the morning in a peaceful and romantic environment. On the first floor there is one double bedded room , a single room and a spacious bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a large French door, from where you reach the terrace. The living room is roomy and snug, with a large rounded table and another French door that goes to the terrace. On the second floor there is another great double room with the windows on the roof, and a roomy bathroom with Jacuzzi! The location is ideal for those who wish to spend some days in this unique city and breathe the real venetian life, in a little “calle” (street) in Castello area, where it’s easy to find some fishermen with their little boats passing along the canals.

Quiet apartment

The apartment was ok. What we liked the most was the location; quiet but still close to Arsenal and ST. Marco. And the little terrace was nice.
There was no air conditioning in the flat! We expected this because it was written in the list of facilities twice. That was a big disapointment.
It was neither any dishwasher in the flat and this can be a problem. When we arrived all the dishes was dirty and we had to rewash all the dishes.
We told the agency about this and also complained about air condition absence, but they did nothing about it. They told us "No air condition in this appartment," that was all.
We also informed them about a broken fan that was lying on the floor in one of the bedrooms when we arrived. But they did nothing about this either; we did not get any replacement. It was really hot in the first floor when it was 30*c outside and no fan or air condition in the apartment.
We got the feeling that they put us responsable for the broken fan, I did not like they attitude at all.
There was neither any internet access, and that was a bit strange because it was a PC in the apartment.

Perfect place for enjoy Venise

Very quiet and venician street, 10 minutes of touristic if you want visit venise. But the better part of our trip was to stay near to the appartement!

The appartement, was very clean and spacious, a dream!
The only issue, was a problem with the Internet access but the agency was very helpfull about this!

Le quartier est tres calme et typiquement venisien, loin des touristes! Mais a 10 minutes a pied des coin touristiques pour ceux qui veulent visiter.

Nous avons eu un probleme avec le Wifi, mais l'agence a etait tres aimable pour nous aider sur ce point.

L'appartement etait tres spacieux et propre!

Pas accessible au handicape (escalier)
