This estate contains a main villa with 3 bedrooms & 3 private baths, a guest cottage, a large patio surrounding the pool, and a central courtyard that has a water feature. The guest cottage is composed of a large room with bed, kitchenette and sitting area. The villa and cottage can be rented together or separately The master wing and guest cottage are air conditioned. The pool is large (16mx3m) with plenty of room to lounge in the sun or in the shade of surrounding olive trees. The estate is surrounded by professional landscaping of shrubs and fruit trees. It is nestled amongst an olive grove (200 olive trees) that is contained in a private valley that has panoramic mountain views of the Maielle Mountains. The country side surrounding the villa has many delightful Italian towns which hosts historical sites, churches, and restaurants. The town of Penne is a short 10 minute car ride away from this secluded estate. This historic town provides supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a Saturday outdoor market. In addition, the villa is about 12 minutes from Loreto Aprutino. If you would prefer the ocean air and beaches, a 30 minute car ride will have you at the Adriatic at the North end of Pescara where there are extensive sandy beaches with safe swimming. Along the beach area are many restaurants, bars and shopping. In you are feeling up for a physical challenge, the Gran Sasso National Park is only 50 minutes away and can provide challenging hikes up to an elevation of 9000ft. The local Italians are big on picnicking and the mountains have many sites with tables and barbecues Or if you prefer Rome and Tivoli are a short 2 hour drive away.

  • The rates above are for the villa only. The cottage can be rented for 350 in summer and 210 in winter. If renting the villa and cottage together the cost is 1900 in summer and 1340 in winter. We can accept payment either in euros or pounds. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking with the remaining 80% being paid no later than 30 days before arrival. We do not get involved with complex contracts or security deposits. We have a simple registration form that documents the terms and provides two way contact information. Once this form is completed and returned and your deposit has cleared we confirm your booking. We trust our guests to replace anything they break or contact us to arrive at a resolution for any significant damage.

Villa Mirabello: The main villa boasts ample space for you and your guests to socialize and also have private time away from each other. Upstairs are two guest suites with queen size beds and each bedroom contains their own private bath. On the main level is a grand sitting room with wooden beams flanking the vaulted ceiling and one of the two fireplaces is located in this sitting room providing a cozy atmosphere. Directly across the courtyard is a private wing, which contains the master suite with a private walkout to the courtyard. A large kitchen with a fireplace and a barrel vaulted dining room that seats 8 connect the two outer wings of this villa. The kitchen contains a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and standard cooking utensils.

Guest cottage: An additional feature to this property is a guest cottage. This guest cottage contains a bedroom, bathroom and a kitchenette. It also faces the rear courtyard and has stunning views of the olive grove and surrounding mountains. A short stroll from the central courtyard is a hidden 16m x 3m pool surrounded by a private patio surrounded by lounge chairs.
