The first thing you will see when you enter the aptm is 3 big windows facing the sea and the sun going trough them. Approach to the windows to see the small 'llaüts' (typical mallorcan boat) going slowly up and down the blue sea. It offers all you may need. Very comfy sofa, table & seats, TV and DVD player. Reading area with a selection of books. Aromatic candles to create a special atmosphere... Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, squeezer, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery etc... and washing machine. Bright bedroom with fresh bed linen and towels for your use. Spacious bathroom with bath tube + shower. Hair dryer for your use. The apt is located in a quiet area, you can park just in front of the property for free and without problems. No need to have car as first line is 3 minutes walk, with beach, Port and best Restaurants serving fresh fish. The apt is ideal for a couple, or a couple with children. Sofa-bed, cot baby chair.

Sóller and its surroundings provide a wonderful area combining sea and mountain so its ideal for either those in search of sea + sun or the ones who like exploring beautiful villages, this can be done driving around or walking. There are guide-books specialised in walking routes on the area, which is the most attractive of Mallorca. In Port de Sóller there is a sandy beach, Repic Beach, with all facilities, easy access, showers, sunloungers for rent, boats or rent... As Port de Sóller is well communicated with Sóller there is no need to hire a car, you can use bus or the lovely orange tram that runs along Port and goes to Sóller. In Port de Sóller you will find all you need, good restaurants and coffee shops, banks, chemist... In Sóller also good restaurants & coffee shops, shopping street and daily market with fresh fish, meat, vegetables & fruit. Sóller its very interesting village and also Fornalutx, which has been considered the most beautiful village in Spain. Come and enjoy !

Apartment extra details: The aptm is located in a privileged area, its not directly in first line, far enough away for wonderful peace and quiet, but 4 minutes walk down to the activity. Car hire is not necessary, but if you wish to hire one, parking in front of the property is easy and free. The aptm is very well equipped and all guests have enjoyed a lot. We will meet you on arrival and accompany you to the property, of course will try to help as much as possible. We want you to enjoy your holiday at our apartment and it will be clean, fresh and in optimum conditions for your stay. There is a book made by ourselves with best recommendations, places to go, restaurants... guides... Are you ready to come and enjoy ?

CLIENT REVIEW: We were 2 weeks in this very nice apartment and had a great time, the apartment is in perfect position and the area made the rest. Where met by the owner who helped us a lot, making all easy and providing many useful info. The aptm was perfectly clean, has all you need and more, making you feel home. We appreciate small details as the candles or several books. The kitchen is very well equipped and bathroom is big and nice. The bedroom spotless, and fresh linen and towels were provided. The sun going trough the huge 3 windows is just lovely ! making you feel very well in the bright and spacious home.
