First year letting of this luxury villa on the outskirts of Kalathos about 3 miles from Lindos. We are taking bookings for summer holiday rentals for 2009. Book before end June 2009, for any available period in 2009, and the rental will be reduced to Stg 750 per week. This modern spacious villa with private pool and walled garden has fantastic views overlooking Kalathos Bay and the villages of Lindos, Haraki and Kalathos.The property is in a private development on the edge of Kalathos village. Accommodation comprises a large double-height lounge/dining room, a modern well fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. All rooms are fully air conditioned. The villa has its own private pool, large, walled garden and 3 spacious terraces enabling full appreciation of this Greek idyll.

This villa is situated on the east coast of Rhodes and is a 45 minute drive from Rhodes International airport. It is on the perimeter of Kalathos,a typical Greek village where you will find tavernas, shops and a 5* hotel. It is a 5 minute drive from the beautiful world heritage village of Lindos, with its white houses nestled between an ancient acropolis and 3 sandy beaches. Lindos is a lively village with many quality restuarants, tavernas, pubs and clubs. It has specialised in recent times in arranging weddings in the sunny bay of St Paul's, and the villa is ideal for both family and wedding groups. There are many scenic drives to golden beaches and remote mountain villages. Outdoor activities include golf, fishing and water sports. The old town of Rhodes is well worth a visit.

  • Rental includes welcome pack, fresh linens and bath towels, mid stay linen and towel change if staying for more than 1 week, air conditioning and service charges .

    Bookings of 1 week duration 10%
    2 weeks or more 20%
  • A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of 150 also applies.
    Payments may be made by bank transfer or cheque and will be acknowledged immediately on receipt.
  • The villa may be occupied by 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Great to Relax and wind down.

We rented the villa for a week in October, and had a wonderful relaxing time. The villa is very spacious and well appointed, and there was nothing we missed or wanted.
The villa is located on the hill just outside Kalathos with views to the Sea from the Terrace/pool - but still within walking distance of the village & beach.
Kalathos is a quiet village, but close enough and ideally situated close to major attractions and other towns should you feel the need to get out and about.
The owners were very accomodating and we'd certainly recommend renting this villa.
