Beautiful secluded south facing 4 bedroom villa, set in the Jalon Valley close to the village of Parcent with magnificent mountain views. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 double, 1 twin and 1 small bedroom with bunk beds. There is a family bathroom with shower, a shower room and 3 toilets overall. There is a spacious lounge with wood burning stove, leading out through double doors to a covered naya and extensive sunny terrace. There is also a dining room and kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, etc. There is a utility room with a fridge freezer and washing machine. The large gated garden has an abundance of mature plants and trees, including a tree house for the children and with many shady areas for lazing around. There are 4 sun loungers for relaxing around the lovely10m x 5m pool, with slide, and an outside kitchen area with BBQ. Parking for 2 cars in garden. The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac set amongst olive groves and citrus orchards.

Parcent village, a short stroll, has several good restaurants, bars, a bakery,supermarket, chemist, bank and playground. There is a choice of beaches just 25 mins drive including Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe and bustling Benidorm is about 40 mins away. Benidorm has a water park and a theme park, Terra Mittica. There are lots of other small interesting and historic villages around to explore including Jalon with its bodegas for wine tasting and its weekly rastro market. This beautiful, picturesque area is ideal for walkers and cyclists with many paths on your doorstep and suitable for all abilities. There are also several golf courses within a half hour drive. The area is popular with walkers and cyclists and people just wanting to see the real Spain!

Additional information about rental rates

  • We are flexible on start days and lengths of stay. We would consider long weekends, or mid-week stays of 3 nights or more. We would also consider price reductions for small parties, (subject to availability)
    Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
  • A welcome pack of milk, bread, juice, eggs, wine and other essentials is included.
    Bed linen and towels for inside the house are provided but not for use around the pool area or the beach. Please bring your own for this purpose.
  • We require a deposit of £100 per week with the remainder to be paid within 6 weeks of start of holiday. We also require £200 deposit for breakages to be paid at the same time as the final payment which will be returned within 14 days of end of holiday providing there are no breakages and the keys are returned.

Notes: The property is mainly on flat ground and can be accessed by 2 steps to reach the inside of the property. There are also 2 steps to the twin bedroom . The main part of the garden and pool area is flat but there are steps to the orchard and utility room. Smoking is permitted outside but not inside the property. A hairdryer is also provided.

Wonderful Countryside Location

We are a family of five, children ranging from 1 to 11 years. We have just returned from a wonderful relaxing holiday at this villa in the beautiful Spanish countryside. The large gardens and pool were where we spent a lot of our time and there was something for all the children, including 3 different swings, a slide and treehouse which they all took advantage of. We ate oranges, lemons and plums from the trees in the gardens and Juan the gardener was an absolute treasure. The property was clean and as described with two lovely eating areas outside which we took full advantage of. The Saturday market in Jalon is a must and we also went to the fruit and veg market in Benissa on Saturday morning. We found the supermarkets in Benissa much cheaper than the ones nearer the villa. We also went to the beach at Moirara a number of times which was ideal for the children with parking, a taverna, a park, beautiful sandy beach and gently shelving sea and also areas for rock pooling. We also went on a number of walks in the surrounding countryside where orange groves were aplenty and wild flowers abundant, the kids also made friends with the local horse and donkey. Just worth noting that many of the local villages are deserted between about 1.00 and 4.00pm. Car hire is also a must. All in all we had a wonderful time and have returned home well chilled.

There are various fruit and veg markets around on different days, the one in Jalon is also very good on a Tuesday. A real home from home

we are family of five and have used this villa for the last few years and will be going again in July. A very comfortable villa with many mod cons Including a dishwasher. Many excellent local restarants within walking distance or a short drive away. Pool fantastic kids love it, they would stay in it all day. Great Market on a Saturday morning in jalon. Anybody using this villa will have a great holiday. Relaxing !!! Nicki
