Charming apartment- Old Town Villefranche/Mer- 4 pers- Panoramic sea view ! Superbly located above the famous bay of Villefranche, the apartment (45m2) is within walking distance to the beach and Villefranche itself with its many shops and restaurants. From a large south facing terrace, sloping towards the unique view over the bay towards Cap Ferrat the sea, one can admire the comings and goings of the many yachts and at night the twinkling lights of the ships and the distant Cap Ferrat create that special world renowned 'French Riviera' ambiance. Kitchen corner equipped with cook top, micro wave oven, refrigerator/freezer and washing machine. Living room with a very comfortable sofa-bed and dining area and TV. A wooden stair case leads up to the mezzanine with 2 single beds. Seating area for 2 outside. The flat is south-facing and very sunny. The flat is on the third floor in a building of the old town. Pets are not allowed. Damage deposit: 500 Euros.

Villefranche is situated 4kms from Nice Centre and 7km from Nice International airport. A well kept secret as it retains it's charm due to lack of major hotels nearby. The train which is 7 minutes away runs all along the coast. Nice or Monaco are ten minutes away or you can be in Italy in 40 minutes. Drive into the hills and visit Eze or St Paul de Vence. Antibes and Cannes are within easy reach. This area has so much to offer from art, history, luxury and indulgence - whatever your taste. Villefranche old town dates back to the 12th century and is full of history and good places to eat plus a wonderful beach and sea to swim in. This is undoubtably one of the most beautiful places in the world.

This is a fabulous apartment, perfect for two people. The view is breathtaking. Villefranche sur Mer is romantic and beautiful. That said, be aware that you pick up the keys in Nice, about 20 minutes away by car or train. The office where you pick up the keys is located in a pedestrian zone. The apartment is located in a walk-up building in a part of town that is completely inaccessible to cars. During the high season, be prepared to park up to 1.5 km away and walk up and down hills and stairs to the apartment. A bike was very helpful to commute back and forth to the car. If you can manage all this with your luggage, do not hesitate to rent this place -- it is worth the hassle. We plan to pack light and return!
