This apartment of 65m² is situated in the calm of the ground floor of a villa near the Port of Nice. 150m to the beach, city centre 900m, amenities 500m², bus 100m. Large terrace and modern comfort in old-style luminous charm. The dining-room seats 4 persons. TV and DVD-player. Kitchen equipped with dish-washer, oven, micro-wave oven, cooktop and refrigerator. One bedroom has a 160cm double bed, the other one has 2 90cm single beds. Bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Separate toilet. The terrace of 35m² is equipped with a dining area and 2 chaise lounges. Enclosed interior parking space for 2 cars (around 40m²). Pets not allowed. Damage deposit: 800Euros.

Direct flights to Nice are available from all major airports and note that Nice airport is a 10min bus ride away (the bus stops 20 yards from the building). The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is below your feets, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafes just outside your door. Use your internet to look up the many areas of interest & outstanding beauty.
