Large luxury villa sleeps 12 is in one of the most popular areas on the Costa del Sol. The villa is set in over 2200m2 double plot fully enclosed for security for the kids and privacy. Villa has a large private pool and large gardens great for family's. Large play room for the kids,sky internet access close to all facilities, bars beach, restaurants, golf, bowling, kids kingdom, supermarkets. All on one level so easy access through out. Real flame fire, plus heating and air con in every room. Owners are local so always any help needed on hand for any information etc. The villa is situated just 40min from Malaga or Gibralta airports. You can take a ten min drive to the picturesque town of Marbella or just a 5min drive to the lively Puerto Banus to see the luxury boats drink in the bars and restaurants or shop till you drop in the endless designer boutiques. Or just be seen in the place used by all the A list celebs. This luxury villa has everything to offer in the heart of it all.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 20% booking deposit is required and full payment within 8 weeks of arrival, unless last minute booking which will be arranged by phone or e-mail with owners.
    A refundable security deposit of 300 euros is required to cover the cost of any damage.
    Please not that on day of departure all guests must vacate the villa by 11.00am.
  • Christmas and New Year weeks are 3000 per week and must be booked in at least 10 weeks advance which include all Christmas decorations presents a Christmas to remember it is a Santa grotto (i would book it if i could).
  • All electric, gas, water and linen cleaning is included in the price,all we ask is that at the end of your stay you leave it in the way you would leave your home. Thanks.

Notes: The maid service is included in the price but we leave it up to you to confirm the day you require the service so not to interrupt whilst you are there.There is a gardener which again is flexible to suit your time table.Also the pool maintenance again flexible to suit your requirements. We can also arrange transport to and from the airport and any excursions whilst you are at the villa whether it be a day on beach night on the town skiing,golfing anything,this is at a seperate cost but it is a 16 seater mini bus so you can all travel together and beats several taxis. Baby sitting service can also be arranged. The dining room seats 6 people but there are other dining areas to seat numerous others. The villa is also fully alarmed and infa reds in the grounds for your security and peace of mind.

A great place!

We (6 adults & 6 kids) had a great time at Villa Christina! The house and the garden +++++. We also enjoyed the hoods but it was not 100 m to the ocean (more likely 500m - and that beach was not nice). But no worries - there are plenty of nice beaches within the area (10-20 min by car). We would love to recommed the Villa not only because of the quality of the house, pool etc but also because of the service provided but Pauline and Tony - and hospitality by Dave and Cath.

We will come back!

Great vacation in Spain

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in July (6 adults and 3 kids). Villa is very spacious, there is enough place for everybody. Furniture is in good condition, pool is maintained.

The only drawback is that the villa is NOT 100 metres from the sea even if you could fly over the motorway, it will be more than 500 metres. You have to walk a long way to the pedestrian bridge to get to the beach which is not maitained at all! The normal beach is at least 20 minutes by car at Estepona.

Restaurants and shops are great, a little bit expensive, but really fresh and tasty. Shopping at Puerto Banus was great as always.

We really enjoyed our vacation except for the sea issue, as we expected the villa to be close to the sea and with a normal beach.

Great Time Had By All

I stayed at Villa Christina for a short break along with my Mum,Sister and Friend.
The Villa was excellent very spacious and clean and well maintained. The location was very good with easy access to all the attractions and restaurants.
Thankyou to Cath and Dave also to Pauline and Tony who were really helpful during our visit.
We would certainly stay at this lovely Villa again.

Fantastic holiday villa to suit all

Myself and family and another family decided to rent a villa instead of hotels.......the best descission we have had.
We rented villa christina for 2 weeks and found the owners to be very helpful with all the local information as they live in Spain and knew all the places we asked for.THANKS.
The villa is very clean and very well situated for every thing we required.
So just to say a big thankyou to Dave and Cath and Pauline and also Tony for a brilliant time and we are already planning to book for 3-4 weeksa next year.
