A newly refurbished and refurnished spacious 4 bedroom holiday home with heated swimming pool (heating extra). The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 master ensuites, a formal living (with sofa bed) and dining room together with a family room, open plan kitchen and breakfast nook. Ideal for the family holiday of a lifetime. The villa is on a gated community, and overlooks conservation land at the back by the swimming pool. Ideal for both summer and winter holiday rental. The villa is self-catering with all modern conveniences but also near to lots of restaurants where you can eat good food extremely cheaply. The villa is ideal for either a family holiday or a romantic getaway. Close to Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Centre, excellent beaches and just a few hours from Miami, an ideal location in which to enjoy Florida. We are 35 minutes from Orlando airport and 55 minutes from Tampa. There are many golf courses including Champions Gate within 5 minutes drive.

Just 20 minutes from Disneyworld where Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom are situated. We are within 75 minutes of Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona and Cocoa Beach. There are many Golf courses including Champions Gate within 15 minutes drive, the nearest golf course being Highlands Reserve which is 5 minutes drive away. Enjoy the Magic of Disney, the breathtaking Kennedy Space Centre or the many many golf courses all so close to home. ClearWater, St Petersburg and the Beaches of the West Coast of Florida are all within one hours drive. Orlando or Tampa are airports within an easy drive. Shop at the Outlets, both Premium Outlets and Prime Outlets have lots of bargains. Florida Mall is a large shopping mall. Crazy golf, paragliding, water skiing, indoor parachuting, bungee jumpingcan all be found on the 192. Waterparks, conservations areas, Everglades are close and for the adventurous Miami is only 4 hours away where you can take a trip to the Keys....

    Bookings of less than one week incur a cleaning fee of $95
