Photos and Description of this Nice holiday apartment In a great position for exploring Nice, surrounding areas and for relaxing.

One of the best ways to visit the surrounding areas of Nice is by bus or train. The journey to Italy takes you through Villefranche, Eze, Menton and Monaco and it definately worth while visiting all of these places. Going west takes you to St Paul de Vence, Biot, Antibes, Cannes, Théoule-sur-Mer and Grasse. Nice has a Mediterranean climate making it generally quite mild in the winter months with moderate rainfalls. As summer approaches the weather certainly warms up, temperatures can reach an average of 28°C - 32°C with blue sky! Imagin walking along the Promenade at sunset....its never that cold and the atmosphere is just so NICE!! Restaurants and shops are just minutes from the apartment. Rue de France has something for everyone and offers a great choice of restaurants and shops. Close to the Promenade des Anglais which is a beautiful walk day and night time. Head towards the Chateau and the Port; stop off in the Old town to visit the famous the Cours Salaya; more restaurants.

Excellent place and great location

I came with my wife & sister to this property. The property manager met us late on a Thurs night to give us entry to the property and help with our questions. Apartment is on the 4th floor so can be a mission with luggage getting up the stairs but typical of Nice/European accommodation,
The double bedroom is spacious with a pretty good bed, whilst there were 2 options for fold out beds in the lounge. Location is excellent with plenty of patisserie's within a minutes walk, and a Casino supermarket less than 100m away. Beach is 3 blocks walk also. Kitchen facilities were fantastic and the bathroom large.
Nice can be a very expensive place to stay so this property is outstanding value for money and a very comfortable stay.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Great apartment. Good location close to centre of town, Promenade des Anglais, buses and train station. Baby Cot available. Shopping service available which is fantastic if you arrive on a Sunday!
