2 Bedroom apartment on the 2ND floor. Ideal for a short break/budget holiday. Great location to explore surroundings areas of Nice as the apartment is so close to all public transport. You can relax by walking to Old town and the port/beach. Apartment is equiped with everything you could need to make you feel at home. Apartment is nicely decorated with modern furniture. Lots of space for storing you belongings in both bedrooms.

Restaurants, cafes, brasseries, boulangeries, patisseries and shops are just minutes from the apartment. Avenue Jean Medecin is the main shopping street. There is a choice of high street fashion to designer boutiques and in the old town you will find a large selection of hand crafted jewellery, clothes, gift shops and local art Close to the Promenade des Anglais which is a beautiful walk day and night time. Head towards the Chateau and the Port; stop off in the Old town to visit the famous the Cours Salaya; more restaurants. Try some local cuisine, 'Socca', petits farcis niçois. The fountain in Place Massena, the Tramway which took a very long time to finish!!!! (Don’t talk to the locals about the time it took!!!) The opera, Casinos, museums, night clubs, pubs and restaurants on offer can certainly keep you busy!! There are some private beaches if you want to pamper yourself or you can rough it like the locals!! A choice for everyone!
