Surrounded by the beauty of the Coted'Azur with its amazing attractions.Centrally located close to the old town-this apt has just been totally refurbished to an extremely high standard.Highest comfort ensured.It has a lovely fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine/cooker and hob/fridge freezer/microwave. Table seating area for 4 people overlooking the city.The living area has 2 sofas (1 double sofabed) LCD/CD/DVD.There are double doors leading onto the balcony benefiting from sunshine all day. The double bedroom has also double doors leading to the balcony. Fully equipped with new wardrobe/chest of drawers/writing/computer desk.Enjoy early morning breakfast on the balcony-overlooking stunning views or walk out of the apt to the most wonderful cafes for breakfast with a difference. The bathroom has a double vanity unit, a double power shower and a towel heater and fan. There is a separate toilet and wash hand basin. Air con!
